Responsibilities: *Plan and prepare daily meals for the household, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, accommodating any dietary restrictions and preferences. *Develop and present weekly menus for approval, incorporating variety and nutritional balance. *Source the highest quality ingredients, maintaining relationships with local suppliers and markets. *Ensure the kitchen and all cooking utensils and appliances are kept clean and sanitary. *Manage pantry inventory, including ordering and storing supplies efficiently. *Cater for special occasions, events, and entertain guests as required. *Stay updated with current culinary trends and dietary guidelines .
