My goal as a chef is to create healthy, tasty, and most importantly fresh cuisine. I have completed a Culinary Internship at Pond Hill Farm in Michigan, as well as working at Sobie's Restaurant (farm to table) in Oconomowoc. I also attended WCTC for their Culinary Arts program. I am looking to be a private chef for health and nutrition, a line cook for another farm to table, or any other positions I know will benefit me along my career. I specialize in plant based whole food, but I am very versitile and I can cook just about any regional cuisine.
