I am a recent empty nester and hard working. I owned my own restaurant for 4.5 years called Waffleholic in Costa Mesa. I recently sold the concept and recipies to Rudy's Pub and Grill where I work as breakfast chef currently. I have many years experience in all things culinary and running a sanitary healthy and fun kitchen. Gourmet scratch soup is a specialty. I enjoy the whole farm-to-table vibe we are fortunate to enjoy in Southern California.
