TrésSoigne is a culinary team formed in the Lake Tahoe area in 2013. We are a group of passionate, motivated chefs offering adaptable and well-planned cuisine, for both private and public dining. We provide a relaxed, yet refined option for residents of northern Nevada and California to enjoy elegantly plated, flavorsome cuisine from across the Globe. We cater both small, private family-style dinners, to large, banquet-style buffets and weddings of 1000 people. We strongly support varied diets and health concerns, and always source the freshest, locally grown produce whenever possible. We are proud to announce as of 2019, TrésSoigne offers restaurant consultation and menu planning services as well.
