Alan, I am searching for a long term opportunity where I am able to use my extensive experiences in food and beverage service to help influence a continued passion in upgrading both every day. I am in the process of receiving my CEC certificate. Even though I currently reside in NJ, I am willing to fly down, at my own cost, to Florida at any time to go through an interview process.
