Cooking style: My cooking style can best be described as eclectic. I am willing to attempt to make any cuisine and love a challenge. My preferred cuisines are Italian and American comfort food. Experience: In 2015 I graduated from PPCC with my culinary arts degree and in 2016 I completed my baking degree. I have earned both the American Culinary Federation Certified Pastry Chef and Certified Culinarian certifications. I've been cooking in all sorts of restaurants from fine dining to hole-in-the-wall comfort foods and can cater a menu to your tastes! Influences: American, Asian, Chinese, Decadent, Italian, Mexican
