I learned to cook with my Grandmother & Great Aunts, Mom & Aunts from the time I could hold a spoon. Nutrition and food are a life long passion, pursued through Culinary School in Napa, a Wine Certificate and Internship at the Beverage Insititute, Pastry training and now a Masters in Nutrition.
I believe that our choices of what to eat strongly affect our health and mindset. An herbalist and gardener by passion I believe in sourcing the best of whats around- heirloom when possible. I love exploring how the taste of our surroundings interacts with our palate. My ultimate goal is nutritious, delicious and beautiful- as we eat first with our eyes.
A vegan for 4 years and a vegetarian for 10, I am now pursuing a Masters in Nutrition for Chronic Disease Care.
I'm skilled at Food Sensitivities, The CALM Immune Protocol Diet, and any diet structure.
I offer everything from filling a fridge for a family, to private in home dinners and coursed wine pairings. I am available for events of up to 30 people currently.
I also work one on one with families and individuals discovering food sensitivities or trying to create a new way to eat.
