I was a sous chef at Antiones from 2007 till 2011 before going on to become the executive chef, at Cafe Soule’ in 2011 to 2015. I’ve been cooking for twenty one years. I now do private catering for a select group of clients. I went to the culinary institute of New Orleans, I’m skilled at lots of different cuisine’s.
