I graduated from Roma Italia Culinary School in Rome, Italy. With this education and a passion for food, I worked at very prestigious restaurants in France and the United States of America. I thoroughly enjoyed the three years spent as a chef at Restaurant le Paris in France. Because of my great skills, I was asked to come and work for Bistro Francais in Washington, D.C. After four years with Bistro Francais, he was asked to serve as an Executive Chef at the four-star restaurant, Cities Restaurant & Lounge. Now, I desire to use my culinary skills for private events.
