During my years in collage I worked as a line cook to put food in my belly and to help pay my tuition. I graduated and ended up falling in love with food. During my career I had the opportunity to work with amazing Chef's. Most of them were very inspiring, intense, and serious about food. These mentors instilled a passion and love for the culinary world that is unlike anything else. This industry brings me happiness and I want to share this with you. In the end a full belly = a happy heart
