Professional Chef born and raised in Miami, lived and worked in Austin, TX for about a decade. Trained graduate of the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts; also a graduate from the University of Texas at Austin, with a double major in French and Italian.
I specialize in Italian and French foods, and am self taught in most things Pastry. I'm trained in Scratch Cooking which is making absolutely everything yourself ("from scratch"); I also am conscious about producing as little waste as possible.
