30 plus years in food service chef, i have been involved in high volume catering, I was chef at two Dayton, Oh Country Clubs and my education is from The Culinary Institute of America. I am very solid in my rudimentary skills, handle a knife very well. From sauces to butchery i am quite proficient. For 15 years i was involved in culinary education. A clean kitchen is a good kitchen. I have always been excited when involved in food and food service. I am quite easy to get along with and learn routines very easily. i am easy to educate into new systems and bring my style along with me (if wanted).
