Over the past sixteen years a chef my work experiences in the back of the house operations has given me a strong foundation of understanding and addressing customers’ need about good service and smiles first, and then to further be able to think “out of the box” and look at things differently as needed to help achieve stated goals. Today my biggest strengths come from my past duties and responsibilities that focused on helping to develop and maintain consistent high standards and practices, holding people accountable, and help take a operation and the entire company to the next level. My cooking and management skills are very strong in that I lead by example in a hand-on- approach. I thrive in high-pressure situations and am able to multi-task which comes from a strong sense of self and good instincts to run an operation.
