Chef Liam's culinary journey has truly been lifelong. As a kid, Liam was not a fan of vegetables, fruits, seafood, and most foods outside of pizza, chicken nuggets, and fries. Food television opened Liam's eyes to not only the flavors he was missing out on but also the power food had to connect people. Liam took these ideas and ran to The Culinary Insitute of America where he expanded his tastebuds and learned the foundations of cooking. ​Since graduating 10 years ago, Liam has spent years practicing these skills in high-end restaurants, catering kitchens, and for friends and family. Chef Liam has spent the last 3 years in New York City cooking for a variety of clients with a spectrum of dietary needs, kitchen and family sizes, and budgets. He is now calling the Pacific Northwest home and wants to bring his skills and dedication to good food to your kitchen. He's looking to work with clients who are looking for in home catering, meal prep services, and small event catering.
