Talented restaurant chef with experience ranging from small owned family restaurants to celebrity chef restaurants inside large hotel properties. I provide carefully thought out in home meal prep, daily or weekly meals for families or business professionals, grocery shopping for any and all clients if requested as well as larger catering type functions. Cooking lessons are also available. I specialize in Southern and Latin cuisines, but love preparing foods from all over the world. I can plan daily meals for your family or a multicourse tasting menu that will impress your new boss. I am comfortable with vegetarian and gluten free diets, but also have experience with other dietary restrictions. I am also very comfortable and enjoy working in homes with both children and pets. I use as many local ingredients and vendors as possible to highlight the artisans and farmers in our area and nearby. Covid restrictions are in place. I sanitize all work surfaces upon arrival and again before leaving. A mask will be worn in your home as well. Glove use and handwashing are standard procedure.
