Hey everyone! My name is Daniel, and I am a passionate self-taught chef in Columbia, Maryland. For the past 4 years, I have been cooking for myself and others everyday. I am deeply interested in elevating common household dishes into something that is restaurant-grade or better. I love taking simple, quality ingredients and crafting it in to something special. I have also found that I have a considerable interest in baking and can make many common breads from scratch: pita, naan, ciabatta, focaccia, challah, bagels, etc. I am interested in being a part-time private chef or caterer for you. I am happy to cook at larger gatherings and even socialize what I am doing to the group.
