Hi there I am a home chef with 20 years experience in cooking Indian meals. Travelled and lived in different countries and taught cooking classes to expat ladies. Lot of the ladies(from many countries) I met feel that Indian food is greasy as that is the case in Indian restaurants and assume that sprinkling curry powder on a dish makes it Indian food. When I teach healthy Indian dishes and explain the ayurvedic reason for how each ingredient is beneficial to your health everyone is amazed at the science behind the cooking.
