Greetings!! I am Chef Becca, I have been creating and serving delicious and beautifully-presented meal experiences in the Palm Beaches for well over a decade. I provide services ranging from full-time in-house chef services and full culinary management of the kitchen, staff, and equipment, delivered meal-prep services for the on the go family, brunches, luncheons, and dinner parties, cocktail parties, and beyond. I believe my positive attitude shines through the top quality sourced ingredients that bring life, health, joy, and nourishment to the plate, home, and family! Cooking is my passion and the kitchen is my "happy place". I have worked alongside estate/house managers and support staff, priding myself on good communication and a positive attitude. I have established great professional relationships with our areas finest markets, i.e. Cod and Capers Seafood Market, Carmine's Gourmet Market, Halpern's Meat Provisions, The Meating Place, Captain Clay's Seafood Market, The Boys Market, Amici Market, Blue Provence, etc..... No cuisine is off-limits, I very much enjoy creating and cooking dishes that are clean, organic, plant-plentiful, meals with fresh in-season ingredients, and the highest quality meats and seafood. Presentation is always in mind on every plate that leaves the kitchen. I have experience with the finest of traditional dinner services, with table setting and appropriate accoutrements, silver use and care, etc.... to very clean and very style-forward presentation. I am proficient at accommodating any allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions medically directed, or otherwise. I have served clients on very strict diets, Heart Health, DASH, Kidney Dialysis, Gluten Free, Keto, Vegan, FODMAP, and Paleo.
