Hi, I'm Alissa and I love nothing more than cooking. I love it so much that I ditched my long-time career in entertainment for culinary school. Since earning a degree from Le Cordon Bleu, I've spent time in kitchens in Los Angeles, Dallas and NYC, and currently work as a Private Chef in the New York Tri-State area.
