Hello, My name is Joey Cole and have been professionally cooking for ten years and have traveled extensively during those years with my craft. I have gained an array of different techniques, skills and flavors along the way, worked in kitchens ranging from three Michelin stars to casual dining and have truly honed my skill as a chef. In addition to my career in cooking, I have had the opportunity to experience the farming aspect of this world as well as the craft of whole animal butchery and charcuterie. I enjoy sourcing and using the highest quality and most seasonal ingredients. I believe I am the best candidate for this position because I am a well-mannered and respectful individual who has a true passion for hospitality all around. In addition to my professional culinary skills, I have a demeanor with guests that is genuine. I gain satisfaction not only by cooking and creating, but by the interactions I have with the people I am catering to. I am a well-organized, clean and punctual individual who pays special attention to details. I do not have extensive experience in private catering, but would like to assure that my lack thereof simply motivates me to pursue the highest satisfaction. In my career I have done a multiple private events with both professional restaurants and solo private endeavors, all of which were executed beautifully with happy guests.
