I am a fast pace cook and closer at bdubs. My job duties are running window and cooking. I help the team as a whole getting orders out quickly and efficiently. When doing outs I make sure each cook is doin their out tasks correctly and efficiently. At the end of the night I close the kitchen down and make sure everything is tidy up, all cleaning tasks are complete and shut everything off. I been at buffalo wild wings for 1 year now I gone from a pay raise from 9 an hour to 11 an hour within that year. I learned alot of things here such as prep work which I done in the morning alot, I learned great cooking skills and speed, working under pressure, hard work and dedication!
