I am a passionate, creative cook specializing in plant based cuisine. In 2012, I founded ZENutrition, a plant based lifestyle company offering meal services, cooking lessons, private chef services and small event catering. My personal belief is that food should be created and eaten with intention. Fusing spirituality with cooking, I create food to feed the body and nourish the spirit. My passion for cooking grew with my own personal health journey. After eliminating all animal products and processed food from my diet, I went through a radical health transformation in both body and mind. This was something that I wanted to share with other people and help them on their journey to a healthier diet. Since the standard American diet is all that most people know, I have made it my mission to spread knowledge and awareness on all the benefits of eating plant based.
