Tribu’s menu is designed to support optimal health. Whether you have just given birth or are living with a chronic condition, I believe in using food as medicine to heal, reenergize and restore the body. The menu features items that are thoughtfully curated from flavors found in Diasporic communities around the world. The menu is largely alkaline, electric, non-hybrid or GMO that support the genome of all people. I take into consideration the seasonality and availability of all items while still offering a wide variety of choices that appeal to all tastes year round.
