I have been working as a private chef for 21 years after graduating from Peter Kump's NY Cooking School having received a James Beard Foundation Scholarship. I specialize in clean, healthy cooking and global cuisine including Asian, Mediterranean and Indian. I have experience creating vegan/vegetarian, gluten free, Medical Medium, Kosher and Paleo cooking. I very much enjoy creating menus that are beautiful and delicious but adhere to the client's food preferences and dietary concerns. I have cooked for families, creating kid friendly recipes and preparing elegant cocktail and holiday parties Lastly, I respect the client’s home and leave it meticulous.
