My name is Mike Gowland and I operate Fireman Muke's Kitchen at the New Orleans Jazz Fedt. I have cooked in this great town for 30 years. I served on the NOFD for 21 years as well. I am a Chopped Champion (All American Competition) and a Deep Fried Master (Kansa Fair episode) I've been blessed to work with many New Irleans greats including the Original Del Frisc's and John Besh. I love to represent this awesome culinary city and make people happy with our food.
