I am currently the head chef of a restaurant in north scottsdale and also have graduated from Arizona Culinary Institute. Originally, I was born and raised in North Carolina and so southern food is my true comfort. However, I work at a wine bar and design wine pairings often as well as other spirits such as beer, scotch, and whiskey. I am looking for ways to expand my knowledge and practice/hone techniques I do not normally get to use in my fast paced kitchen. Specialty or themed events are fun and interesting. I enjoy not only cooking but baking and cake decorating as well. I also have experience with Irish cuisine having worked in an Irish pub and Chinese cuisine after a study abroad in China. I would be happy to work with someone to design their perfect meal/menu.
