over 11 years of managerial and
leadership experience. During this
time I also founded Fotobar, a 1969
VW bus turned bar/photobooth,
alongside creating a sister concept to
Chago’s, Nashville Tamale Co. I have
the proven ability to work as a team
as well as individually. I possess
excellent cooking skills, menu
planning abilities and strong
leadership qualities. I am a calm,
pleasant, helpful and hardworking
individual. When working with food I
am creative and passionate about
using fresh ingredients. I currently

my husband and two children.
