I would love to do any shopping and meal preparation cooking so that you can enjoy your family in the evenings. I have experience as a dietitian and as a mom to be able to meal plan with dietary restrictions/allergies in mind. I love simple, healthy food using good ingredients.
I really just love to nurture others with food but have a background in Nutritional Science, attended culinary school in Italy and have done cooking lessons and experiences in my own home.
I am available Monday - Friday!
