I have managed culinary production in offices, convention centers, hotels, restaurants, private catering, and even sports stadiums. I have to diverse knowledge of multi cultural cuisines, and even fusing them together. I am very team orientated, and a hands of chef. Through my experiences I have become almost as knowledgeable about FOH as BOH, and have a personable personality. I have always been a dedicated, hard working, from scratch chef, and I don't seeing that changing anytime soon.
