I'm Lisa, a culinary chef based in Jacksonville, Florida. I call my approach to culinary arts global gastronomy. I am a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park,NY with a second degree in Nutritional sciences. I have a background in food science, special diets , GF, DF , pastries and more . I have taught culinary arts at a college level and young children a like. I also spent part of my career working in front of the house, fine dining. I am able to design flower arrangements, table decor as well as create and host parties large and small.
