I am experienced in American homestyle cooking, drawing upon personal family recipes as well as recipes I created over the last 30 years.Since I come from a multicultural family, I am proficient in many different cuisines, Some of my favorites are Thai,Vietnamese and Mexican cuisine. I would be happy to create menus and shop for them as well. I am experienced in the pastry arts and have extensive catering experience should the need ever arise.
