Greetings, My name is Ben and I am a chef originally from Westford, MA. Growing up in a house surrounded by farmland has shaped who I am today as a chef. Each summer I would do yardwork and help my mother maintain her gardens. I feel fortunate that my family was able to eat local, organic produce year-round. Since then I have become a part of Boston's restaurant industry and now feel that eating local is even more important. Working for James Beard award winning chefs including Tony Maws and Chris Slesinger has enabled me to develop my palate, pick up new techniques and come to understand a unique vision of global cuisine and ingredients. If you are too busy or unable to cook for yourself I would love to help out! I am able to create custom menus based on your personal taste and can even prepare a weeks worth of healthy, fresh dinners for the family.
