I am a self taught vegan and vegetarian chef. For over 15 years I've created beautiful plant based dining experiences for people all over the world. I am highly capable of successfully multitasking with extreme ease and professionalism. I've traveled to Belize & Honduras (where my family is from), London, Mexico and a few other countries that provides me with the ability to handle any unforeseen issues with efficiency and ease. I've studied natural alternative eastern medicine, I was a vegetarian for 11 years and currently a Dr. Sebi / Alkaline vegan for over 5 years, so I am well equipped to juice alkaline, cook organic plant based, vegetarian, gluten free, or anything without animals for that matter. My love of reading, farming, healthy food and fitness (I workout everyday) speaks volumes about my sense of discipline, methodical personality, and physical abilities that ensures that you will receive the highest level of experience dining vegan. I am a positive energy, with a chill vibe, and a kind spirit with a great sense of humor who's extremely patient and passionate about plant based food with flavor.
