I have 20 years experience in the food service industry as a waiter, wine manager, sous chef, test kitchen manager, instructor, and caterer. I prepare healthy, fresh, attractive and delicious food. I'm happy to cook for an individual, a family, or a small party. My strengths are Mexican, Italian, Indian, pizza, bread, baking, and American classics.
