I am a very experienced Lady with over 40 years of experience in the food industry from owning my on catering company, planning and setup banquets, showers, wedding reception dinners, family dinners and more. I have served with small cafes, large restaurants and cooked for assisted living facilities where it is a delight to see the faces of the residents light up and smile at the joy of a great meal put before them that brings back memories of yesteryear and the love that came with the preparation of their food. I put my heart and soul into my work and present myself and my delectable dishes to many, hungry and deserving people over the years. I also give TEA PARTIES with the many tea pots I have collected over the years. I am available to entertain a Tea Party to small private or large groups providing delicate finger sandwiches, homemade scones and pastries, music, and tea party settings. Although I have all this to offer, I would like a position either in a small setting or for a family as their Personal Chef. I am a Certified Food Manager and available any day of the week, short term or your "Forever Chef"!
