I specialize in American and French cuisine with a twist of Asian and mediteranian flavors. The best part is that I make dessert too. I use foods like raw sugar, cage free eggs, coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil, and while grains and lots of LOVE! I am committed to changing the way we eat in the most delicious way to improve the health of Americans. I have earned a degree in culinary arts and a Bachelors and Masters in nutrition and food science with an emphasis in food service management. I have recently worked for the Art Institute of Washington as an instructor and I have many more years of teaching experience.
