With my personal chef service, I will make your next dinner party relaxing and stress-free! I'm a classically-trained, professional chef, and I am available to come to your home and cook you a delicious meal at an affordable price! I have many years of experience as chef at some of the most prestigious restaurants in Europe and have been catering events and teaching cooking in Hawaii, Fiji, and Australia for many years. Besides private home dining services, I am also available for celebrations of all sizes, charters & boats, cooking classes, beach parties & more! I start by meeting with you in your home and help you in the selection of your menu. I can also suggest wines and cocktails that will complement your menu. On the day of your event I arrive early at your home with all the necessary ingredients and equipment for preparing your meal. While you enjoy your guest, I serve and clear each of the courses. After the last course is served I will quietly clean your kitchen, leaving you no other responsibility than entertaining your guest over coffee and dessert. I can offer advice on menus for specific dietary needs such as low-calorie, diabetic, dairy free, vegetarian, vegan or gluten free.
