My name is Thomas Scirrotto & I have been a chef for 30 years specializing in Italian cuisine. I am from Philadelphia, PA & I have owned/operated/managed 2 restaurants of my own...one in Philadelphia & one in the Jersey Shore town of Wildwood, NJ. I am a Restaurant Consultant as well as an Executive Chef & I have been hired to assist many restaurant owners in opening their restaurants. I have a proven track record in successful restaurant openings as well as coming into an establishment to make suggestions on menu changes, cost production & other consulting ideas to save money, increase profits & developing entirely new menus for my clients. I am an accomplished artist as well as a Restaurant Consultant/Executive Chef & my artwork has been featured on many of my clients' menus, buildings (interior & exterior) & logo signs.
