Hello I'm a 25 year veteran in the restaurant industry,I started when I was 13 and fell in love with this crazy ever changing industry! I've had the pleasure of working with some of the best in the industry,I've sharpened my skills as a chef from well known hotels and and amazing fine dinning restaurants I've learned how to present over the top food with flair and to humble even the most delicious of ingredients.i like to think I'm well rounded just as good with my knife as I am behind my desk,I love a solid challenge and most of all I'm only as good as the team im a part of. I believe that if you have a compassionate sole and a love for your art true passion for what you do you will always end up the the winning side of life ..I like to pride myself as a true leader coach and chef after 25 years I still get excited when I'm cooking or talking to a table or mentoring a young chef ..bring them up do break them down...
