Chef in Denver, Colorado

I am currently looking for a career in the culinary industry. I have attended culinary school. During culinary school I also volunteered and assisted in teaching adult cooking classes. I was a sous Chef and prep supervisor and provided information to new hires to the food industry. I am ServSafe Manager Certified. I worked at a college restaurant do prep work and preparing and plating food. This was an international station and also at the omelet station on the weekend, preparing made to order western omelets (over 250 each weekend day. I was a police officer in Los Angeles, worked with the community and was also a training officer. In my youth i also worked at fast food. I have worked in several different culinary environments.
