I am a self taught trial and error cook/baker. I am always throwing something together for dinner. My family and friends tell me keep doing whatever it is because every meal they eat is delicious I am carefree and free stylist with food and life. I am caring of others. I always tell some of my overweight friends that I guarantee that if they let me cook dinner for them for two weeks that they would loose inches and pounds. And they wouldn't even be able to tell if the food was gluten-free. They would just enjoy it.
