To Whom It May Concern,
Attached you will find my resume. While this encapsulates some of my job history, what it fails to convey is my love of food and endless quest to make good food better. In addition to the work experience shown on my resume, I have also worked at Aquavit NYC/Minneapolis as a Sous Chef and have had numerous working 'stages' at notable restaurants such as Aqua in San Francisco and Charlie Trotter's and Tru in Chicago. While at Bistro Bis, my job was to put a modern spin on traditional and non traditional French bistro food. I also have been part of teams who have cooked at the prestigious James Beard House on two separate occasions and cooked at the James Beard Awards Ceremony in 2009. I also was part of the opening team for four restaurant openings and have performed consultation for the National Mushroom Council.
