Greetings, The kitchen is the center of my universe, the heart of my home, and the home of my heart. My life purpose is to share that love through the creation of delicious nourishing dishes that cater to my clients’ dietary and culinary preferences. I do this by asking simple but insightful questions to create base flavor profiles that allow me to elevate and accentuate what you really love to eat. The journey of my personal palate began in two different regions of the world. With my father being from China and my mother being from Peru, meal time was always exciting growing up. I was exposed early on to an array of different flavors and techniques, and then was able to further explore and hone my chef and hospitality skills at my family’s Chinese restaurant, before attending the French Culinary Institute in NYC. Of all the restaurants, hotels, catering companies, and boutique style food stores I have worked for since, I have found working in a private household setting to be the most gratifying, as I can see the direct impact my dishes have on people's lives, and enable a collaborative process, welcoming all feedback and requests with a goal of 100% satisfaction.
