Hello, my name is Ryan and graduated from the California Culinary Academy, Le Cordon Bleu in 2004. I am passionate about good wholesome food. I respect and enjoy all cuisines and my style of cooking could best be described as a combination of California seasonal, classical French and American classics. I have owned a catering company, worked at some of the tech giants as well as a favorite south bay restaurant. With great ingredients and techniques, comes great food!
I am currently employed full time but am open to weekend events if available.
