My name is Joseph Hoffman.I am currently contracted as the Private chef to a High Profile Restaurantuer and his family based in East Hampton NY which ends in September. I am relocating to Fort Myers in October and staying with family while I find employment .Prior I was the Private Chef to a formal high profile family. During my time I oversaw complete culinary operations in homes and businesses, in multiple states as well as one property in Europe. This included utilizing ingredients from large garden on estate,errands,menu planning, cooking on private jet as needed,stocking and maintaining inventories,lunch, and dinner preparation using 100% organic and local products. I executed business breakfasts,lunches,brunches,dinners as well as formal and informal family gatherings.      Prior to being a Private Chef I have worked in some of the countries most highly regarded establishments. Most recently as Chef De Cuisine at renowned Picholine in Manhattan. As Chef De Cuisine I collaborated closely with Chef Terrance Brennan to achieve one michelin star during my tenure.
