I am a career chef with 20 years experience in the finest Sport and Entertainment facility's in the United States and Canada. I have overseen A La Carte restaurants, Executive Suites, Private Clubs, Catering, Players, Retail Foods and off site Catering. In this time I have worked the Olympic Games, Assisted with the Queen of England's 50th Anniversary, Superbowl's, multiple building openings and many other exclusive catered events. I am looking to be closer to my guests in the next phase of my career and return to the basic joy of cooking. For this opportunity I would gladly move to to opportunity that is right for me and th client.
