Resume in a nutshell: cooked at fine dining restaurant 1789 in Washington DC, focus on private engagements for heads of state (Clintons, Joe Biden and others,) celebrity guests (Paul McCartney, Queen Noor, Shia LeBouf, Anderson Cooper and others) and executive gatherings. I owned a food truck brand and pioneered the food truck association before moving to Naples FL to start my real estate firm and launch Naples' first ever restaurant week. I am in Los Angeles now running SEGAR CULINARY and consulting for a restaurant launch. Most recently I cheffed an event for a Netflix series premier and I am resident chef for the estate of a NYC and LA based creative agency.
