I have been cooking since I was 9. first went into food service business when I was 15. went to art institute of Charlotte in 2004 graduated with culinary degree in 2006. worked at omni Charlotte hotel from 2003-201.... started off as a breakfast cook. then started cooking for cafe food for employee as well as helping with banquets, salute line. took purchasing clerk position with hotel and moved up to purchasing manager for 7 years. I have moved to California to pursue my dream of becoming a personal chef
