I’m a highly talented and experienced culinary professional with strong creative flair. I’m adept at coordinating catering, banquets and special event arrangements. I would more than like to bring my skills and artistry to work for you. For more than 17 years I have been involved in the food service industry, in catering for several private companies. I’m also adept at prepping, line cook, pre pairing menus, a service that will fit your needs and your budget. I have worked with well-known Chef’s such as James Robinson of Kitchen Cray out of the DMV area and Max Hardy of NYC on the board of the Food Bank in Harlem NY.
