I’m a highly talented and experienced culinary professional with strong creative flair. I’m adept at coordinating catering, banquets and special event arrangements. I would more than like to bring my skills and artistry to work for you. For more than 17 years I have been involved in the food service industry, in catering for several private companies. I’m also adept at prepping, line cook, pre pairing menus, a service that will fit your needs and your budget. My other experiences also include training of kitchen help, cooking for fine dining restaurants and inventory. I have worked with well-known Chef’s such as James Robinson of Kitchen Cray out of the DMV area and Max Hardy of NYC on the board of the Food Bank in Harlem NY. While working with James Robinson, we worked several brunches together which served over 200 people every time. We did brunches in NYC (Milk River), New Jersey, Dallas (Music Factory) and D.C. (Cities). I have also conducted my own brunches. At places like, nightclubs, lounge, restaurants in which I fed over 150 people per evening. While working with Max Hardy I’m his Sous Chef, I mostly prepped, made the sauces and aiolis and etc. Working with these two I have even excelled me more than ever.
